IGNACY IRENEUSZ AUGUSTYNIAK

Ignacy began studying piano at the age of five. Since September 2022, he has been a student at the Feliks Nowowiejski General Primary and Secondary School of Music in Gdańsk. He is currently in the third grade oF the first level, studying piano under Dr. habil. Elżbieta Pasierowska.

To date, Ignacy has been awarded prizes or honorable mentions in the following piano competitions:

Ignacy has performed in Łańcut and Krynica-Zdrój, as well as on local stages in Gdańsk: at Uphagen House, on Długi Targ as part of the festival “Chopin’s Music on Gdańsk’s Front Steps”, and at the Social Library of the “Friendly Pomerania” Association.

At the Gdańsk Radio Recording Studio, he recorded “Le petit nègre” by Claude Debussy. The recording was broadcast bY JazzTV on March 28, 2024, as part of “Piano Day Poland.”
