STEVE JICHENG JIANG

Steve Jicheng Jiang, born in June 2016, is a third-grade student. He began studying under Dr. Louise Jiayin Liu at the age of five, and within just a few years, his talent and dedication earned him recognition in prestigious competitions. In 2024, he was invited to perform solo at Carnegie Hall and Gläserner Saal, Musikverein in Vienna, Austria.

Steve has garnered many accolades in both solo and concerto competitions. In 2023, he won first place in the Elite International Music Competition, third place in the DMTA Symphonic Competition Solo Category, and was a prizewinner in the Carmel Klavier International Piano Competition Solo Categories. In 2024, he earned first place in the International Music Competition Vienna Grand Prize Virtuoso, where he was also honored with the Exceptional Young Talent Special Prize. That same year, he placed second in both the Carmel Klavier International Piano Competition Solo and Concerto Categories and third in the Texoma Piano Competition. He was also a prizewinner in the DMTA Symphonic Competition Concerto Category and the North Texas Young Artist Piano Competition. Most recently, in 2025, he earned second place in the OPUS Music Competition State Level.

Beyond music, Steve has a deep passion for soccer, tennis, and basketball, which he enjoys in his free time.
