Acceptance of applications has ended!

Accepting applications for the 31st International Fryderyk Chopin Piano Competition for Children and Youth in Szafarnia has come to an end! The counter stopped at submissions! Thus, you managed to beat last year’s record, which we are extremely happy about. Representatives of 17 countries entered the elimination of the competition, including: Armenia, Australia, Bulgaria, China, Croatia, Spain, Hong Kong, Japan, Canada, Germany , Poland, Singapore, Sweden, Thailand, Taiwan, Ukraine, USA.

The graphic below presents the 6 countries from which the greatest number of pianists applied to the competition. From all the applications, the competition committee will select the 55 best pianists who will visit Szafarnia in May to present their program to the international jury. The qualification results will be published by April 2. Good luck!
