RAFFAELLO GIANNINI

Raffaello Giannini was born on March 2, 2011, in Brussels. He began studying piano at the age of seven with private teacher Marijke Oers in Leuven. In 2022, he was admitted to the Conservatoire royal de Bruxelles, where he studied under Professor Victor Chestopal. At the end of 2024, he continued his piano education with Professor Jean-Claude Vanden Eynden.

Raffaello has also participated in masterclasses with renowned professors such as Olivier Cazal, Leonid Margarius, Boris Petrushanskiy, and Igor Roma.

Competition Highlights:
• In 2021, he was awarded First Prize at the EPTA International Piano Competition in Belgium.
• In 2022, he won First Prize at the Cantabile Competition in Belgium.
• In January 2023, he received Third Prize at the International Young Chopin Competition in Lugano, Switzerland.
• In September 2023, he was awarded First Prize and the Special Prize for the Best Performance of Impressioni by Ettore Pozzoli at the Elsa Pozzoli International Competition for Young Pianists in Seregno, Italy.
